The Co-founders of the RES Foundation Jasminka Young and Alesandar Macura participated at the 9th Environmental Task Force Meeting at the Energy Community in Vienna. This was followed by the reception at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management BMLFUW.
The high level 1st Sustainability Forum took place on 9 June under the auspices of the Energy Community and the Balkan Green Foundation. The forum gathered Ministers responsible for energy, environment and climate change of the Energy Community Contracting Parties, high-level officials of the European Commission, government officials, representative of the private sector, civil society, non-governmental organizations and academia to discuss the best ways to contribute towards a low carbon-transition of the Energy Community.
The Co-founder of the RES Foundation Jasminka Oliveric Young participated in Plenary 2 panel that discussed how sustainable energy initiatives and innovative business models in urban communities can empower local economy.
