{"id":1047,"date":"2020-12-23T20:40:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-23T20:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resfoundation.org\/rs\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2021-09-14T14:45:24","modified_gmt":"2021-09-14T14:45:24","slug":"balkan-green-energy-news-svetska-banka-vazduh-u-beogradu-najvise-zagaduju-grejanje-saobracaj-i-termoelektrane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resfoundation.org\/rs\/balkan-green-energy-news-svetska-banka-vazduh-u-beogradu-najvise-zagaduju-grejanje-saobracaj-i-termoelektrane\/","title":{"rendered":"Balkan Green Energy News \/ Svetska banka: Vazduh u Beogradu najvi\u0161e zaga\u0111uju grejanje, saobra\u0107aj i termoelektrane"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaga\u0111enje vazduha na podru\u010dju Beograda poti\u010de iz sektora grejanja stanova i doma\u0107instava, iz saobra\u0107aja i termoelektrana na ugalj.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Analiza Svetske banke o nivoima i<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/cist-vazduh-za-sve-koji-su-glavni-izvori-zagadenja-vazduha\/\">&nbsp;izvorima zaga\u0111enja vazduha<\/a>&nbsp;u&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/zagaden-vazduh-opet-gusi-stanovnike-zapadnog-balkana\/\">Beogradu<\/a>, koja obuhvata teritoriju grada sa obli\u017enjim&nbsp; gradovima Smederevo i Pan\u010devo, pokazala je da se najve\u0107i izvori zaga\u0111enja nalaze u samom urbanom podru\u010dju \u2013 toplane, grejanje u doma\u0107instvima i drumski saobra\u0107aj, a onda van granica grada \u2013 termoelektrane i grejanje u seoskim doma\u0107instvima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Emisije PM2,5 sada su 27,4 mikrograma, a Svetska zdravstvena organizacija preporu\u010duje da budu ispod 10 mikrograma<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>U analizi, koja je predstavljena danas na skupu\u00a0<em>Balkanski vazduh \u2013 Izme\u0111u dve vatre<\/em>\u00a0u organizaciji RES fondacije, navodi se da su sada prose\u010dne godi\u0161nje emisije\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/cist-vazduh-za-sve-lekcija-o-glavnim-zagadivacima-vazduha\/\">najopasnijeg zaga\u0111iva\u010da vazduha<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 suspendovanih \u010destica PM2,5, u Beogradu 27,4 mikrograma po kubnom metru, a preporuka Svetske zdravstvene organizacije je da budu ispod 10 mikrograma kako bi se izbeglo\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/dozvoljena-koncentracija-cestica-pm10-u-srbiji-uvecana-i-do-10-puta-region-puni-rang-liste-najzagadenijih-gradova\/\">ugro\u017eavanje zdravlja ljudi<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Primena samo dve mere bi drasti\u010dno pobolj\u0161ala kvalitet vazduha<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvalitet vazduha u narednih 12 meseci mogao bi drasti\u010dno da se pobolj\u0161a ne samo u Beogradu, ve\u0107 i u Srbiji, ako bi se sprovele dve mere \u2013 smanjenje dozvoljene koncentracije sumpora u mazutu za grejanje i smanjenje&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/te-nikola-tesla-b-ce-smanjiti-emisije-so2-za-20-puta-do-2024\/\">emisija sumpor-dioksida<\/a>&nbsp;u \u010detiri elektrane Elektroprivrede Srbije (EPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U analizi su, kako je naveo autor Sarath Guttikunda, iz Svetske banke, uklju\u010deni i podaci iz velikih industrijskih postrojenja, ali i sa deponija gra\u0111evinskog otpada i kamenoloma, koji su povezani sa gra\u0111evinskom industrijom, jer su uzrok pra\u0161ine koja zaga\u0111uje vazduh. Naravno, kori\u0161\u0107eni su i podaci srpske Agencije za za\u0161titu \u017eivotne sredine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Situacija u Sarajevu i Skoplju je sli\u010dna kao u Beogradu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ista analiza je ura\u0111ena i za Sarajevo i Skoplje, i u sva tri grada, kako je dodao, situacija je sli\u010dna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mere koje bi dale rezultat za godinu dana<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shortpixel.ai\/spai\/w_840+q_lossy+ret_img+to_webp\/https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/res-fondacija-zagadjenje-vazduha-guttikunda-sumpor.jpg\" alt=\"res fondacija zagadjenje vazduha guttikunda sumpor\" class=\"wp-image-35820\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Guttikunda je naveo da je ura\u0111ena procena efekata dve mere za smanjenje emisija sumpor-dioksida (SO2), \u010dija primena bi ve\u0107 u 2021. mogla da da rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Smanjiti dozvoljeni procenat sumpora u mazutu za grejanje<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva je smanjenje dozvoljene koncentracije sumpora u mazutu, koji se koristi za grejanje, sa 3% na 1%, i to bi moglo da stupi na snagu 1. januara 2021, a druga je smanjenje emisija SO2 iz termoelektrana Nikola Tesla A i B i Kostolac A i B na nivo koji je predvi\u0111en postoje\u0107im&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/reri-tvrdi-da-srbija-ima-neizvrsiv-nacionalni-plan-za-emisije\/\">Nacionalnim planom za smanjenje emisija<\/a>&nbsp;(eng. National Emissions Reduction Plan \u2013 NERP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Smanjiti emisije SO2 u \u010detiri termoelektrane EPS-a<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Prva mera bi na nivou Srbije donela smanjenje godi\u0161njih emisija SO2 za 42 odsto, a druga za 83 odsto, dok bi smanjenje u Beogradu bilo 18 i 22 odsto, naveo je Guttikunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako do smanjenja emisija PM2,5 na nivo preporuke SZO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shortpixel.ai\/spai\/w_840+q_lossy+ret_img+to_webp\/https:\/\/balkangreenenergynews.com\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/res-fondacija-zagadjenje-vazduha-guttikunda-pm-cestice.jpg\" alt=\"res fondacija zagadjenje vazduha guttikunda pm cestice\" class=\"wp-image-35819\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>U analizi se navodi i \u0161ta je potrebno da bi se emisije suspendovanih \u010destica PM2,5 koje su sada 27 mikrograma po kubnom metru snize na nivo od 10 mikrograma, \u0161to je preporuka Svetske zdravstvene organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I spre\u010davanje po\u017eara na njivama mo\u017ee da smanji zaga\u0111enje<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi se smanjile emisije na preporu\u010deni nivo potrebne su mere u pet sektora.
