Na njega se nadovezao profesor doktor Darko Nadi\u0107 sa Fakulteta politi\u010dkih nauka govore\u0107i o energetskoj efikasnosti kao javnoj politici, pa je Aleksandar Macura govorio o preprekama i re\u0161enjima za unapre\u0111enje energetske efikasnosti. Nakon pauze je moderator Stevan Vujasinovi\u0107 vodio razgovor o standardima kao alatu unapre\u0111enja energetske efikasnosti sa Ivanom Stevanovi\u0107 Risti\u0107 iz <em>Alfa Plama<\/em> kao predstavnicom privatnog sektora, dok su Macura i Filip Blagojevi\u0107 iz RES fondacije predstavili svoju prezentaciju &#8222;Javno finansiranje energetske efikasnosti u Republici Srbiji&#8220;, \u0161to je otvorilo vrata kvalitetnoj diskusiji.<\/p>\n\n<p>Razgovor je deo projekta koji RES fondacija sprovodi uz podr\u0161ku Fondacije Hajnrih Bel \u010diji je cilj da studentima, mladim politi\u010darima i politi\u010darima u nastajanju, kao i istra\u017eiva\u010dkim novinarima, pomogne da promisle o odnosima javnih i privatnih koristi kao i javnih i privatnih ulaganja u unapre\u0111enje energetske efikasnosti. Projekat se sprovodi u vremenu u kome \u0107e poreski obveznici Republike Srbije investirati gotovo 100 miliona evra novca iz zadu\u017eivanja u unapre\u0111enje energetske efikasnosti uz u\u010de\u0161\u0107e stotina slu\u017ebenika iz preko 130 op\u0161tina i gradova. Sa druge strane, a u isto vreme novi standardi koji po\u010dinju da va\u017ee usmeri\u0107e i ograni\u010diti na\u0161e izbore \u0161poreta, pe\u0107i, klima ure\u0111aja i drugih ure\u0111aja koji
