Da li to vi\u0161e rade javne toplane ili individualna lo\u017ei\u0161ta u doma\u0107instvima? O svemu ovome i jo\u0161 po ne\u010demu, razgovarali su \u010dlanovi Radne grupe za obnovljive izvore i energetsku tranziciju Zlatiborske oblasti, na XVI redovnom zasedanju odr\u017eanom u Arilju, sredinom decembra. Bila je to ujedno i prilika da \u010dlanstvo poseti gradsku toplanu koja ve\u0107 petu zimu greje vi\u0161e javnih objekata na drvnu se\u010dku, u ovoj maloj op\u0161tini na zapadu zemlje.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Ispred RES fondacije doga\u0111aju su prisustvovali Jovana Mileti\u0107, Filip Blagojevi\u0107 i Aleksandar Macura. U toku sastanka Filip Blagojevi\u0107 je prikazao\u00a0a\u017eurirane rezultate energetskih bilansa lokalnih samouprava u regionu i inventare emisija gasova sa efektom staklene ba\u0161te. On je tako\u0111e upoznao prisutne sa izgledom baze podataka koja \u0107e im biti stavljena na raspolaganje u procesu pripreme Regionalnog akcionog plana za klimu i energiju. Aleksandar Macura je govorio o energetskom siroma\u0161tvu u regionu, broju energetski ugro\u017eenih kupaca i aktivnostima lokalnih samouprava na unapre\u0111enju energetske efikasnosti socijalno ugro\u017eenih doma\u0107instava koje lokalne samouprave sprovode iz sopstvenih sredstava i sredstava poreskih obveznika iz kredita Svetske banke. On je istakao\u00a0jo\u0161 jednom da je neophodno na\u0107i odgovaraju\u0107i na\u010din da se socijalno ugro\u017eenima prenese informacija o podr\u0161ci koja je na raspolaganju.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sednica je realizovana u okviru projekta THEMATIC2GREEN koji se finansira u okviru Interreg IPA ADRION programa, a koji posebnu pa\u017enju posve\u0107uje energetski odr\u017eivim re\u0161enjima u lokalnim zajednicama.<\/p>\n<p>Tema kori\u0161\u0107enja biomase u energetske svrhe je isuvi\u0161e va\u017ena da bismo se na nju osvrtali usput. Preporu\u010dujemo va\u0161oj pa\u017enji analize koje smo pripremali ili u kojima smo u\u010destvovali a koje ovom pitanju pristupaju sa du\u017enom pa\u017enjom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
