On Wednesday, November 27, the conference on public and private aspects of energy efficiency Who owns Energy Efficiency? Who pays and who benefits? was held at the Golden Tulip Zira Hotel and organized by RES Foundation in cooperation with the Belgrade Open School.

The project is being implemented at a time when the taxpayers of the Republic of Serbia will invest almost 100 million euros of borrowing money in improving energy efficiency with the participation of hundreds of officials from over 130 municipalities and cities.
