Project aims to achieve the following:
- Establishment of first energy balance of public sector of the Municipality of Preševo
- Recording the energy balance in energy management information system of the Republic of Serbia
- Preparation of legally prescribed Programme for energy efficiency of the Municipality of Preševo
- Support to the municipal administration to propose the Programme to the municipal assembly for the adoption
- Ad hoc advisory support for energy efficiency decision making including management of energy efficiency subsidy scheme
